Your "consumer power" doesn't work when billions are spent to change what you think is right.

Why must you insult poor 'ol Axe'? I have nothing against you, it's your political ideas I dissagree with, your cool!
My point is simply that Michael Moore and his ilk helped Bush win Big Time, that is all, no need to call me nasty names. That was uncalled for.
I'm not so sure you can say that the media is filled with Democrats when the media has been a tool of the Bush administration for some time now. It wasn't just the Democrats who wanted Cheney gone a while ago (I think there was a Newsweek article about it). Nevertheless, the party lines of the Demicans and the Republicrats aren't of that much interest to me. I think that the Neocons' policies have been very detrimental to our world. The Iraq war alone has helped end the lives of many young boys (who, however foolish they were to enter the armed forces regardless, signed up under false pretenses)- and Cheney is complicit in that. Cheney is not simply carrying out the President's policies, he is also an advisor- and if you look at his background, you will see that his interests are being served rather than the interests of the American people.
Michael Moore is a completely separate issue- but remember, it wasn't what he said that was criticized: it's the way he looked. He depends largely on emotional appeals- but the facts of the war in Iraq clearly demonstrate how ill advised and unjustified this war is.
